Our survey data consistently shows that around 90% of managers fail to properly deal with underperformance.  Avoiding difficult conversations accounts for the top 50% of reasons why this happens.

In our experience at least 70% of leadership teams are pulling in different directions, where they struggle to maintain unity.  With a lack of agreement and clarity around how consensus is maintained leading to personal agendas, playing politics, or saying yes in the meeting and then doing something different.  We often have high expectations regarding how well managers can develop high levels of accountability without ever training them properly on how to develop this skill.

These two issues, along with resorting to anger and irritation, a lack of clarity around expectations, and a lack of consequences are the top reasons organisations fail to get the best performance from their teams, directly impacting the delivery of business objectives.

We help organisations develop entire frameworks of accountability and alignment so that they can get consistent results, to a higher standard, as a united and aligned team.

What is the Pathway Academy?

At the Pathway Academy, we understand behaviour, we understand what drives behaviour and how healthy relationships are formed.  All of our work is founded in sound principles of healthy relationships and building a psychologically safe environment, but one that is responsible and accountable.  We teach teams how to stop pulling in different directions and we teach managers and leaders how to create clear and accountable environments and produce far more consistent results.
